By using this website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Puppy Sales and Adoption Policy
All puppy prices listed on the website are firm and non-negotiable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits ensure that a specific puppy is held exclusively for you.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is released or shipped.
If payment is not received within the agreed time, the puppy may be relisted for sale.
3. Health Guarantee
All puppies from Living With Aussies are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving our care. Each puppy comes with:
Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming
A health certificate issued by a veterinarian
A one-year health guarantee covering any life-threatening genetic defects
Buyers must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within four (4) days of receiving it. If a serious health issue is discovered, you may be eligible for a replacement puppy as outlined in our Health Guarantee Policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available within the United States to major airports that allow live animal transport.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Puppies will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
We do not ship if weather conditions or airline regulations make it unsafe for the puppy.
Ground delivery or personal pickup may be available for an additional fee.
5. Responsibilities of the Buyer
By purchasing a puppy from Living With Aussies, the buyer agrees to:
Provide proper nutrition, shelter, and veterinary care.
Never subject the puppy to abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Notify Living With Aussies immediately if unable to care for the puppy, so arrangements can be discussed.
6. Refunds and Returns
All deposits are non-refundable.
Puppies may be returned within four (4) days of pickup only for health-related reasons verified by a licensed veterinarian.
A small processing fee may apply to refunds, as stated in our Health Guarantee.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
