Refund & Return Policy
At Living With Aussies, our goal is to ensure that every Australian Shepherd puppy finds a loving, responsible, and lifelong home. While we take great pride in the health and happiness of our puppies, we also understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To protect both our puppies and their new families, we maintain a transparent and fair Refund and Return Policy.
Refund Policy
If a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy’s health condition differs from the records provided or discovers a serious genetic or congenital defect, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once documentation is reviewed and approved.
For a replacement puppy, the buyer must provide written confirmation from two (2) licensed veterinarians from separate clinics verifying the genetic defect.
Within the first 90 days after purchase, if you feel unable to provide adequate care for your puppy, you may return the puppy for a full refund. Before issuing the refund, our veterinarian will conduct a health evaluation to ensure the puppy has not suffered due to environmental changes.
If the puppy is found to be unwell or neglected, the buyer will not qualify for a refund.
After 90 days from the purchase date, refunds will no longer be available for returns based solely on care concerns.
Return Policy
If a puppy is returned within 90 days because the buyer cannot continue providing care, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Returns made after 90 days for the same reason will also require the buyer to cover the re-shipping fee.
However, if a veterinary exam within 7 days of purchase finds that the puppy is unwell or has a genetic issue, Living With Aussies will cover all re-shipping costs.

Once we receive your submission, we will review it within 24–48 hours.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

At Living With Aussies, we’re proud to share that we’ve never had a puppy returned due to health or genetic issues. The only return we’ve ever experienced was from a loving owner who had to relocate abroad and couldn’t find a suitable caretaker. Our goal is—and always will be—to ensure that each of our puppies is healthy, happy, and placed in a forever home where they’re loved and cherished.
