Pickup, Visiting & Shipping Information
At Living With Aussies, we aim to make your puppy’s transition to their new home as smooth and joyful as possible. Whether you prefer to pick up your puppy in person or have them delivered safely to your doorstep, we offer flexible options to meet your needs.
Pickup Possibilities
Our home is open for approved buyers who wish to personally pick up their new Australian Shepherd puppy.
Weekend pickups are always welcome.
If you’re unable to visit on a weekend, we’ll gladly arrange a weekday appointment that works for both of us.
We love meeting our puppy families in person and are happy to make your visit comfortable and memorable.
Visiting Policies
For the health and safety of our puppies, we do not allow unapproved or drop-in visits. In the past, new litters attracted more than 40 visitors—many of whom were simply curious, not genuine buyers—which created unnecessary stress for our puppies and mothers.
Once you’ve been approved and reserved a puppy, you are warmly invited to come visit and pick up your little one in person.
Shipping Services
If you’re unable to travel to our location, we offer a professional pet delivery service with a dedicated pet nanny to ensure your puppy’s comfort and safety.
Your puppy will travel inside the cabin of the plane under constant supervision.
The nanny ensures your puppy is calm, cared for, and hand-delivered to you.
To schedule shipping, simply share your full address (street, city, state, and ZIP code). You may choose one of the following delivery options:
Airport Pickup: $250 — You’ll meet the nanny at the nearest airport.
Door-to-Door Delivery: $300 — Your puppy will be brought safely to your home.
Once your travel arrangements are finalized (typically within 24–48 hours), we’ll provide you with:

Tracking number, so you can follow your puppy’s journey in real-time
